Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of leadership, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation. Experience in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional team coordination is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality are required.

A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

A minimum of two to three years of experience in animal feeds sales or a related agricultural sales domain is required. Proficiency in animal feeds sales is essential.

Sales Growth & Territory Management: Spearhead revenue expansion within assigned territories, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, and strategically enhance market presence through proactive field sales initiatives.

Implement RTM strategies to drive market execution, guaranteeing product availability while fostering distributor relationships and accelerating secondary sales growth within designated territories.

Build and cultivate enduring partnerships with farmers, ago-dealers, distributors, and other essential stakeholders across the livestock value chain.

Collections & Market Intelligence: Ensure collections align with established company policies while tracking competitor actions, collecting market intelligence, and maintaining precise sales records and reports.
