Seeking a candidate with proven qualifications, relevant skills, and substantial experience in the specified field. A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.

With a minimum of two to three years of experience in animal feeds sales or a related agricultural sales field, candidates must possess a robust background in animal feeds sales.

With a proven track record in field sales, executing Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, and managing sales territories effectively.

Proven background collaborating with agricultural producers, input suppliers, distributors, and key actors across the livestock value chain.

Able to effectively stimulate secondary sales, oversee collection processes, and consistently meet sales targets with precision and expertise.

A valid driver’s license is beneficial.

Oversee and execute critical responsibilities central to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive project success and operational efficiency. Sales Growth and Territory Management: By executing field sales activities with precision, you will cultivate sales expansion, meet territory objectives, and strengthen customer connections while enhancing market penetration.

Execute Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies to drive product availability, cultivate distributor relationships, and foster secondary sales growth within designated territories.

Build and cultivate enduring partnerships with farmers, ago-dealers, distributors, and other essential stakeholders across the livestock value chain to ensure robust customer relationship management.

Collect collections operations while ensuring strict adherence to company policies; track competitor actions, capture market intelligence, and uphold precise sales documentation and reporting standards.
