We are seeking candidates who possess a combination of formal qualifications, relevant skills, and hands-on experience to excel in this role. A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is necessary for this position.

A minimum of two to three years of experience in animal feed sales or a related agricultural sales field is required. Proficiency in animal feed sales is essential, as this background is non-negotiable for the position.

Professional rewrite:
Proven expertise in executing field sales strategies, implementing Route-to-Market (RTM) frameworks, and overseeing territory management initiatives is required.

Professionals with a background in collaborating with agricultural producers, agricultural input suppliers, wholesalers, and participants across the livestock value chain are encouraged to apply.

Draft, review, and finalize comprehensive legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks, provide strategic guidance, and implement mitigation measures. Conduct meticulous due diligence on business transactions, verifying compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations. Oversee the negotiation and execution of complex agreements, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to align on terms and mitigate disputes. Serve as a primary legal advisor to leadership, offering counsel on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory changes to support informed decision-making.

Sales Growth & Territory Management: Spearhead expansion of sales revenue, meet defined territory objectives, cultivate and maintain strong customer connections, and enhance market presence by executing strategic field sales initiatives.

As part of the Route-to-Market Execution role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective RTM strategies, guaranteeing consistent product availability, fostering strong distributor relationships, and driving secondary sales growth within your designated territories.

Develop and nurture robust, long-term relationships with farmers, ago-dealers, distributors, and other vital stakeholders across the livestock value chain.

Collect market intelligence and oversee collections activities in strict adherence to organizational policies, while continuously tracking competitor actions, compiling market insights, and ensuring precise sales documentation and reporting.
