The Milk Value Addition team is responsible for enhancing the nutritional profile, extending shelf life, and improving the sensory attributes of dairy products through innovative processing techniques. Key duties include fortifying milk with essential vitamins and minerals, developing functional dairy-based ingredients, and optimizing production processes to ensure consistent quality. The role requires a strong background in dairy science or food technology, proficiency in quality control standards, and the ability to collaborate with research and development teams to implement value-added solutions. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate expertise in product formulation, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective manufacturing practices to drive market competitiveness and consumer satisfaction.
Spearhead the development and oversight of initiatives focused on enhancing the value of milk through processing and other value-addition strategies.
Responsibilities include supervising the production workflow for dairy-based items including yogurt, fermented milk, cream, butter, ghee, cheese, and other commercially viable products.
Oversee adherence to stringent quality assurance and food safety protocols throughout dairy processing operations to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Formulate strategic market connections and revenue optimization plans for value-added dairy products to ensure maximum profitability.

A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
