Spearhead the development and administration of milk value-addition projects.
Responsible for managing the production workflow of dairy items including yogurt, fermented milk, cream, butter, ghee, cheese, and other commercially viable products.
Oversee adherence to stringent quality assurance and food safety protocols throughout dairy processing operations.
Develop market linkages and strategies to maximize revenue from value-added dairy products.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
