Duties and Responsibilities

An officer at this level will be deployed in the sub-county to coordinate activities in one of the following areas;

Undertaking crop production,

Assisting in land development,

Delivering agricultural extension services and managing projects encompass a wide range of duties, including the provision of expert guidance to farmers, the implementation of development initiatives, and the meticulous coordination of project phases to ensure timely and effective delivery of outcomes.

Managing information desk within the sub county.

Performing any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor

Requirements for Appointment

Be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID)

CPE and GCSE certificates must be attached to the application.

A Bachelor of science degree in any of the following fields; Agriculture,

Horticulture, Agricultural Extension and Education, Agribusiness

Management and Agricultural Economics from a recognized institution

Relevant experience of two years and above (Attach evidence).
