Attend to walk-in customers promptly and courteously at the branch office and direct visitors to the relevant departments.

Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.

Maintain the company’s reputation by embodying professionalism and ensuring the products displayed at the branch office are presented impeccably.

Upon receipt of customer inquiries at the branch office, diligently pursue each opportunity to transform them into completed sales transactions.

Execute post-sale follow-up actions to verify customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

Market company products by leveraging cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

Ensure product displays in the branch office are meticulously organized, clean, and clearly visible to customers at all times.

Oversee and manage the daily operational activities and administrative coordination of the branch office.

Oversee branch inventory operations, encompassing the receipt, distribution, and meticulous monitoring of stock levels, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

Track inventory levels and facilitate prompt restocking to prevent shortages.

Receive incoming machines and equipment from customers for repair services, then prepare and distribute detailed job cards to facilitate the repair process.

Deliver equipment and machinery to technical staff and monitor the progression of repair activities.

Send notifications to customers informing them that their machines or equipment are available for pickup.

Verify that all service and maintenance fees have been settled in full prior to the release of any machines or equipment.

Execute cashiering responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing precise transaction recording and accurate invoicing.

Draft all necessary correspondence and administrative documentation as needed.

Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management on an as-needed basis.
