Ensure that contract renewals, negotiations, and rate adjustments are completed promptly, with an emphasis on optimizing yield management and enhancing profitability.
Recognize and acquire new corporate clients spanning focused industries and market segments.
Craft unique proposals and presentations that precisely meet client requirements while aligning with the hotel’s comprehensive service offerings.
Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at enhancing performance within the corporate travel sector.
Strategically synchronize sales initiatives with seasonal fluctuations, MICE sector prospects, and evolving market demand patterns.
Generate qualified corporate leads to maximize room nights, food and beverage sales, and meeting/conference revenue through targeted client engagement and strategic relationship building.
Monitor market trends, evaluate competitor actions, and assess client feedback in order to guide tactical decision-making and strategic adjustments.
Develop and deliver precise sales projections along with strategic marketing analyses to guide decision-making processes.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports for review by the Hotel Manager.
Attend sales calls, trade events, exhibitions, and client entertainment activities on behalf of the hotel to strengthen brand presence and foster business relationships.
Plan and conduct familiarization trips (Fans) exclusively for premium corporate clients to enhance their engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure the CRM system contains current and precise client details and activity records at all times.
Monitor contracts, booking trends and client feedback to enhance and sustain relationships on an ongoing basis.
Execute additional assignments as directed by management to support overarching company goals.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of experience in a Sales Account Manager role within a luxury 4- or 5-star hotel environment, ideally with an internationally recognized hotel brand, is required.
