What you’ll do
Develop and enhance Laser fiche workflows, electronic forms (forms), and operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Automate workflows, streamline task routing, and expedite approval processes.
Proficiently develop and implement system integrations by leveraging SQL queries, API endpoints, and custom scripting solutions to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between disparate platforms.
Professionally manage the setup of metadata, security protocols, and document frameworks.
Diagnose existing solutions to identify issues and implement enhancements to improve their performance and effectiveness.
What you need
Candidates must possess at least two years of hands-on experience implementing or managing workflows and electronic forms processes, with demonstrated proficiency in platforms such as Laser fiche, DocuSign, Adobe, or comparable systems.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience utilizing Laser fiche—including Workflow, Forms, and the Admin Console—you bring a strong foundation in enterprise content management and process automation to the role.
Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques is essential for this role.
Exceptional aptitude for analytical thinking and resolving complex challenges efficiently.
Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role. The incumbent must be able to articulate ideas clearly, engage effectively in discussions, and convey complex information with precision. Strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have
Proficiency in C, JavaScript, or a relevant Software Development Kit (SDK) is required.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Internet Information Services (IIS) is a requirement for this role. A strong working knowledge of these platforms is essential, encompassing configuration, management, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Seeking professionals with an LCP certification to join our team, candidates must demonstrate expertise in LCP methodologies and possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
