Reporting to the Relationship Manager of Business Banking, the Relationship Officer for Bashar Banking is tasked with overseeing and coordinating all microbusiness accounts within their portfolio to ensure alignment with the bank’s strategic goals and objectives.

Loan Processing and Compliance involves meticulously verifying and validating loan applications to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and institutional policies. This role demands a keen eye for detail to accurately assess documentation, confirm eligibility criteria are met, and mitigate potential risks. Additionally, it requires staying current with evolving financial regulations to maintain compliance and safeguard organizational integrity. Guide customers seamlessly through each stage of the loan application process, conducting on-site business and residential visits to authenticate financial details and collateral.

Present and obtain client approval for requests while ensuring security compliance and proper fund disbursement.

Promptly address and commence the recovery procedures for accounts that have surpassed their payment deadlines.

Drive marketing initiatives and execute sales strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and increase revenue. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and maximize ROI.
