Create and oversee program schedules using Primavera P6 for various disciplines, including civil, structural, MEP, and architectural.
Conduct critical path analysis, evaluate schedule compression strategies, and assess delays. Develop earned value management (EVM) reports, tracking cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (SPI), and create traffic-light dashboards for visual status updates.
Conduct on-site evaluations to monitor advancement and ensure alignment with project objectives. Oversee the coordination and performance of contractors and consultants to maintain project efficiency and adherence to established timelines.
Administer and oversee all contractual obligations to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions, including monitoring deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review, negotiate, and finalize contract modifications or renewals as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all contract-related activities, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Perform comprehensive what-if scenario analyses to evaluate procurement sequencing, resource levelling, and logistics planning strategies.
Prepare technical memoranda and concise briefing documents in accordance with established international program management benchmarks.
Utilize ERP Next to oversee project controls and manage documents via Google Workspace, implementing AI-enhanced workflows for increased efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, as well as Quantity Surveying or Architecture, earned from a reputable Kenyan university, is essential. Strong domain expertise is highly valued as the cornerstone of effective planning capabilities.
Analytical Horsepower: Prospective candidates must successfully complete comprehensive aptitude assessments that evaluate abstract reasoning, numerical analysis, and critical thinking. High standards are maintained to align with the elevated expectations of our international clients.
Technical Fluency: Strong expertise or proven capability in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or comparable systems.
