What Youรขll Do:
The Program Leadership & Implementation Oversight role involves managing a team of program managers to ensure effective project management, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation and utilization, budget monitoring, risk management, compliance, communication strategies, process improvement, quality assurance, performance measurement, reporting, training, and documentation. Oversee and direct the execution of PROMPTS and Mentorship initiatives across assigned regions, while maintaining consistency with established benchmarks and objectives.
Collaborate intimately with on-site mentors and liaise effectively with PROMPTS contact personnel to optimize operations at critical facilities, ensuring strict adherence to the Data Protection Act’s guidelines.
Organize, manage, and attend collaborative mentorship and evaluation conferences at the county level while maintaining consistent contact and documentation with relevant stakeholders.
Manage enrollment initiatives for facilities and communities to enhance ANC coverage and ensure successful registration of pregnant women in specified regions.

Efficiently coordinate and support EmO NC coaching initiatives by proactively ensuring that all required tools and simulation resources are readily accessible.

Compose and distribute quarterly updates to the area’s program supervisor and healthcare facilities staff.
Oversee the dissemination and effective implementation of the PULSE dashboard throughout various departments within local government agencies, such as those operating at the facility, sub-county, and county tiers. This encompasses facilitating collaboration across different management teams in order to achieve cohesive adoption and sustained usage of the dashboard for monitoring purposes.

What You Bring
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in data analysis and interpretation, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to work independently or as part of a team, strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
A degree in nursing or clinical medicine is required for this position.
