Oversee a range of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success. Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, resolve complex challenges, and enhance overall efficiency. Serve as a primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project milestones and deliverables. Mentor and develop team members through targeted coaching, fostering professional growth and high-performance standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.

Facilitate comprehensive data collection initiatives for Monitoring & Evaluation across all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.

To maintain the precision and reliability of data, facilitating efficient monitoring and evaluation of the institution’s strategic objectives.

Support in evaluating data to assess the efficacy of programs, projects, and functional departments.

Support the enhancement of the Reporting Matrix by ensuring project progress is accurately documented within the ERP system.

Assist in consolidating data and drafting reports to monitor progress and evaluate the performance of programs, projects, and functional departments in alignment with institutional strategic objectives.

Ensure that outcomes and impacts derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, functions, and projects are consistently presented with clarity and coherence.

Carry out additional duties as necessary or directed by management on an ongoing basis.

Seeking candidates who possess a robust set of technical and interpersonal competencies, along with relevant educational credentials and professional experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software, tools, or methodologies is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data sets, solve problems efficiently, and communicate findings clearly. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role is required, along with a degree in a related field or equivalent expertise. The ideal applicant will demonstrate leadership potential, the capacity to collaborate across teams, and a proactive approach to driving results.

A Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires exceptional analytical capabilities alongside mastery of Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report preparation.

You must possess exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to convey ideas clearly and interact effectively with others.

Demonstrates strong self-direction and adeptness at prioritizing and handling concurrent responsibilities.

Applicants with prior experience in managing M&E data using an ERP system will be given preference.
