The People Operations Intern position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while supporting essential functions within our People Operations team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior exposure to HR-related tools are preferred, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

We seek an intern to assist the Global People Operations team from June through August 2026. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Performance Development division within Global People Operations, contributing to critical organizational goals such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and cultural initiatives.

This internship offers a practical learning experience for individuals eager to explore People Operations, organizational growth, and the systems that enable global teams to operate effectively. You will support ongoing operational tasks while also collaborating on strategic initiatives, providing insight into how a multinational organization implements and optimizes people-focused processes on a large scale.

Responsibilities include designing and executing structured onboarding programs, ensuring new employees are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to thrive in their roles. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and improve the onboarding process continuously. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, the role aims to boost retention, productivity, and long-term employee satisfaction.

Facilitate seamless onboarding and pre-onboarding coordination to ensure new team members integrate effortlessly into ID insight.

Maintain and enhance existing onboarding resources, presentations, learning materials, and internal systems to ensure they remain effective and up to date.

Collect and analyze feedback during the onboarding process to uncover areas for ongoing enhancement and drive systematic improvements.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and enhance our performance and people processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce productivity, streamline HR operations, and foster a high-performance culture. A minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, system architecture, or a similar technical role is essential. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++ is necessary, along with expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset are critical for success in this position. Additionally, prior experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.

Required

Enrolled in or having recently completed a degree program in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a closely related discipline, candidates are encouraged to apply.

Highly proficient in organizing tasks and coordinating projects, with a strong capacity to prioritize effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
