The incumbent will deliver coordinated assistance in safety and security operations, reporting to the Operations Coordinator.

Coordinate with the Administrative Team to manage the visitor tracking system, ensuring all visitors are scheduled for a mandatory security briefing either before their departure or within 24 hours of their arrival.
Provide assistance to the Operation Coordinator in the preparation of regular security reports and maintain the precision of all relevant databases through timely updates.
Compiles daily security data to support the preparation of monthly reports and informed decision-making.
Provide support in the planning and preparation phases of field visit logistics.
Update and maintain the security and communication tree to ensure it remains current, and perform monthly assessments to verify its accuracy and functionality.
Staff are responsible for documenting and reporting incidents using the Data system.
As part of your responsibilities, you will provide essential support to the Operations Coordinator throughout staff training initiatives. This includes assisting with logistical arrangements, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all training materials and resources are prepared and distributed as needed. Your role may also involve gathering feedback from participants, addressing any immediate concerns, and helping to maintain a smooth and efficient training environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both trainers and trainees are key to success in this position.
Assist in the development and maintenance of emergency and contingency planning documentation.
Assist the Operations Coordinator in maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication of security management protocols, particularly during emergency response situations, ensuring all staff receive pertinent information.
