As an Associate Client Manager at NTT DATA, your primary responsibility will involve cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with designated accounts, fostering client satisfaction, and spearheading growth initiatives across all solution domains. You will foster and expand key relationships through the application of strategic thinking and meticulous planning, collaborating with our international office network to ensure outstanding client experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass achieving revenue and margin goals while reducing client turnover and enhancing retention rates.

Leveraging your deep expertise in contemporary technology sales methodologies and industry trends, you will design and execute strategic account plans. Collaborating closely with pivotal stakeholders, you will identify and capitalize on business opportunities, drive revenue expansion, and ensure seamless client engagement throughout the entire purchasing journey.

Serving as the primary liaison, you will resolve client concerns and uphold consistent satisfaction levels. By leveraging your specialized knowledge, you will translate clients’ requirements into practical solutions, enabling them to meet their business objectives through our services.

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Achieve the targets specified in the quarterly accountability matrix, as outlined by the Sales Execution Framework, ensuring alignment with established metrics.

Foster and sustain strong, collaborative partnerships with essential stakeholders across designated accounts.

Collaborate with internal departments such as support, service, and management to ensure alignment with account goals and client needs.

Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with profitable sales volume targets and strategic goals for key designated accounts.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish unified strategic account plans that outline shared performance goals, financial benchmarks, and essential milestones for one- and three-year timeframes.

Constantly evaluate, refine, and confirm client requirements to guarantee alignment with the solutions provided.

Engage pertinent internal stakeholders to spearhead the development of solutions that precisely meet client specifications.

Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, aligning with established company benchmarks and quality expectations.

All mandatory training and development objectives must be fulfilled within the designated timeframes.

Drive strategic alignment and secure high-level commitment from key stakeholders within designated accounts.

Compile and submit precise reports on designated performance indicators in accordance with management directives and timelines.

Seeking a candidate with a robust academic background in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on professional experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines while maintaining a collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork. Experience in project management or leadership roles is highly desirable, as is familiarity with current industry trends and best practices.

A bachelor’s degree or college certification from an accredited institution is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in client management within the IT industry is required.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications is required.

Proven expertise in CRM reporting and management is required.
