Job Summary

Rivet Software & Systems LTD seeks a proactive and dependable Onsite Technician to enhance our expanding team. Responsibilities include providing onsite technical support, executing system installations, performing maintenance tasks, resolving technical issues, and delivering customer assistance for our software and hardware solutions.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity, compliance, and overall performance across departments. Collaborate with senior management to align business objectives with actionable initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress, identify areas for enhancement, and drive data-informed decision-making. Manage cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, streamline workflows, and achieve measurable outcomes in alignment with company targets.

Deliver onsite technical assistance and resolve complex system issues through hands-on diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Install, deploy, and manage software and hardware systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of these systems to meet organizational needs and technical standards.

Provide clients with comprehensive assistance for system configuration and ongoing user support.

Efficiently identify and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Perform systematic maintenance and comprehensive system inspections on a regular basis to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.

Provide user training on system operations as needed to ensure proficiency and effective utilization.

Compose detailed technical reports and provide regular status updates to ensure clear communication of project developments and findings.

Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients at all times.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is essential. Proven proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively. At least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is advantageous. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical.

A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.

Proficiency in computer systems, networking principles, and software support fundamentals is required.

Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities are essential, enabling effective collaboration and clear interaction with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Proven capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong self-motivation and accountability in achieving objectives efficiently.

Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Technical support or fieldwork experience is highly beneficial.
