What You’ll Do
Deliver outstanding client service by serving as the primary liaison for inquiries and status updates.
Oversee a demanding caseload with meticulous attention to detail and diligence.
Daily, you will utilize the RingCentral communication platform and the Case case management system to perform your duties.
Evaluate outstanding medical documentation and billing inquiries to ensure timely processing and compliance with established protocols.
Contact medical facilities through telephone calls or written correspondence to gather, provide, or verify critical information efficiently and professionally.
Examine and derive meaning from existing medical documentation submitted previously.
Diligently document all interactions with service providers, capturing comprehensive records of discussions, agreements, and any relevant details to ensure thorough communication tracking.
Establish follow-up schedules and promptly elevate any unresolved matters to the designated paralegals for further action.
Responsible for the organization, upkeep, and accurate maintenance of electronic case files, while actively monitoring and facilitating the timely progression of assigned matters to meet established deadlines and procedural requirements.
Seeking a candidate with a strong background in technical expertise and relevant certifications to excel in this role. Ideal applicants must possess at least five years of hands-on experience in the field, coupled with proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience is required. Additionally, excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team are essential. The ability to adapt to evolving technologies and contribute to innovative solutions is highly valued.
