The Role
We seek to appoint a Headteacher who will provide visionary leadership to our educational institution, fostering an environment of excellence and innovation. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all operational, academic, and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards. Key duties include strategic planning, staff development, student welfare, and financial management, in addition to cultivating strong community partnerships and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate must possess extensive experience in senior educational leadership, a deep understanding of curriculum design, and a commitment to inclusive, equitable practices. They will also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students toward continuous improvement and success.
