RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality interactions. Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions or products to enhance satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the designated system.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in the financial services, healthcare, or retail industry is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting identifying trends and improve service quality. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, or another language, are highly desirable. Certification in customer service or a related discipline (e.g., CCXP or CSM) is advantageous.
Completed a Nursing Aide certification or training program.
Demonstrates the capacity to perform duties effectively with limited oversight, ensuring productivity and accountability in independent work environments.
Candidates should possess prior experience in either a healthcare-related volunteer capacity or a professional healthcare environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal competencies, are essential.
A solid understanding of fundamental clinical skills and knowledge is essential.
