Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Obtained a Bachelor’s Degree or college certification from a recognized accredited institution.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in client management within the IT industry is required.
Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications effectively.
Proven expertise in managing and generating reports within Customer Relationship Management systems.
