The Elementary School Homeroom Teaching Assistant plays a key role in enhancing student learning, well-being, and classroom efficiency through close collaboration with teachers and active involvement in instruction, supervision, and student support. All ISK Teaching Assistants are committed to creating inclusive learning environments where every student feels a sense of belonging, equity, justice, and well-being. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business administration is mandatory, complemented by at least five years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile and Scrum is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Familiarity with industry-standard software tools and a commitment to continuous professional development are also required.

Holders of a Diploma or Degree in Education will be considered for this position.

Preferred candidates will hold certification or specialized training in Special Education.

A minimum of two years of practical experience in student engagement and teacher collaboration is required.

Fluent in English, with exceptional proficiency in mathematics, reading, writing, and communication.

Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and online platforms is essential for this role.
