Responsibilities include preparing instrumentation by sterilizing and transporting tools to the treatment area, arranging instruments for optimal dentist access, and efficiently suctioning or passing tools as needed.
Implement the four-handed and four-eyes dentistry methodology to ensure optimal patient care and procedural precision.
Provide support to the dentist by preparing and combining materials as required for dental procedures.
Capture intraoral photo studies, perform pulp vitality testing, and prepare study casts by pouring, trimming, and polishing them to provide essential diagnostic information.
Assist with advanced dental procedures, including periodontal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, implant placement, and restoration.
Fabricating provisional restorations, selecting appropriate shades, and performing cleaning and polishing procedures for removable appliances are essential responsibilities.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, plaque control methods, and postoperative care, including any medications prescribed by the dentist.
Maintain accurate documentation of dental care services through the input of detailed patient records into the designated dental software system.
Ensure a secure and hygienic workplace by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with hospital policy.
To maintain optimal functionality of dental equipment, perform routine preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and arrange for professional repairs as needed. Additionally, manage equipment inventories, assess the performance of current devices, and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain an accurate inventory of dental supplies by regularly assessing stock levels, forecasting future requirements, promptly placing and following up on supply orders, and confirming the receipt of all ordered items.

The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
