Prepare and submit your CV alongside a concise written response (maximum 500 words) addressing this scenario: “A client in the Middle East has requested a mixed-use commercial tower to be structurally completed within 18 months following mobilization. The MEP subcontractor has advised a 4-week delay in rough-in works on levels 12 to 18 due to delayed shop drawing approvals. Additionally, the façade contractor’s schedule is structured to progress floor-by-floor, commencing from Level 10 upward. Identify three critical-path risks resulting from this delay and outline one mitigation strategy for each risk. Ensure all assumptions are explicitly stated.” Qualified candidates are invited to forward their CV to recruitment@excelon.co.ke, with the position clearly mentioned in the subject line of the email.
