The Role
The ideal candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities and requirements:
Manage and oversee consultant/contractor/supplier relationships while ensuring strict adherence to all contractual terms and conditions.
Oversee the Bank’s property portfolio with a strong emphasis on security and maintenance to uphold operational excellence.
Establish and enforce consistent architectural standards across all bank construction projects while integrating sustainable practices, such as solar energy solutions and automated sensor-based systems for lighting and climate control.
Drive improved data center power efficiency (PUE), e.g., virtualization, powering down idle servers, optimized air-cooling.
Develop and implement budget-conscious construction and refurbishment plans while maximizing cost efficiency.
Review and validate consultants’ payment certificates by cross-referencing them with comprehensive valuation reports for services and construction works.
Ensure thorough and accurate documentation for every ongoing and completed project, including contracts, performance bonds, and all other required paperwork.
Facilitate consultations and collaborative sessions with external consultants and contractors to address construction or renovation initiatives, while serving as the primary liaison with senior management to ensure alignment and progress.
Provide strategic financial guidance to support the planning and execution of construction and renovation projects for company facilities.
Maintain compliance with statutory health and safety regulations to uphold organizational and legal standards.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Services teams to refine and elevate the Branch’s visual identity and overall customer experience.
Before processing any supplier payments, it is essential to conduct thorough checks, verifications, inspections, and valuations to confirm the completion of ALL works.
Consistently uphold exceptional standards in facilities and premises management to mitigate potential losses caused by inadequate maintenance.
Oversee capital expenditure allocation for projects, meticulously ensuring adherence to approved budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks throughout the design, implementation, and supervision phases.
Efficiently oversee the successful execution of both current and upcoming projects and programs.
Foster and uphold an environment of excellence and high performance within the department.
Oversee and track performance metrics across various spending segments and categories internally.
Drive relentless enhancements in performance and operational excellence through ongoing innovation and process refinement.
Ensure full compliance with all regulations, statutes, standards, and internal policies as outlined in official manuals, while also adhering to relevant external laws and legal requirements.

A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
Demonstrates a proven, five-year-plus track record of excellence in Projects and Facilities Management.
Qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering, Building Economics, or Architecture.
