Role Description
This full-time position is based on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya, and is open to Licensed Aircraft Engineers. The selected candidate will conduct both scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance while upholding aviation regulations and safety protocols. Daily duties involve conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, servicing aircraft systems, and documenting maintenance activities thoroughly. The role demands close coordination with the technical team to support fleet operations and ensure continued airworthiness.

Holders of a current Class A and Class C Commercial Driver’s License are required for this position.
Professionals with at least five years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance are encouraged to apply.
Type rated on Dash 8 and/or Cessna 208
A minimum of three years of managerial experience within an aviation engineering setting is required.
Base or line management experience will be an added advantage
Relevant technical degree or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or related field
