We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a pivotal capacity. This contract position requires an on-site Life Insurance Agent stationed in Malinda. The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting life insurance products, delivering customized insurance solutions, and addressing clients’ insurance requirements. Additional responsibilities involve cultivating client relationships, assessing financial needs, informing customers about insurance offerings, and maintaining exceptional service standards to fulfill client expectations.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required for this position. Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred.

Proven expertise in insurance sales, brokerage operations, and in-depth knowledge of life insurance products is required.

Individuals should possess a proven track record in financial planning or a closely related finance discipline, having accumulated hands-on expertise in the field. A solid background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or investment management is highly desirable, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of fiscal principles and practices.

Proven expertise in customer service is essential to deliver outstanding client assistance.

Proficiency in general insurance principles and their practical implementations is essential.

Exceptional ability to interact effectively with others and convey ideas clearly is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the capacity to collaborate efficiently in diverse team settings.

Delivers results autonomously while consistently achieving established sales objectives.

Preferred candidates will possess prior experience in life insurance sales or comparable positions.

A relevant qualification, such as a certificate or diploma in finance, insurance, or business, would be considered advantageous.
