A comprehensive grasp of all hotel services and products is essential, enabling you to provide well-informed recommendations to hotel guests.
To guarantee full compliance with the hotel’s established policies and procedures for key distribution, as well as to promptly notify the direct supervisor of any irregularities or discrepancies.
Maintain meticulous and legible records of all control center documents, including the General Security Log, Key Control, Lost and Found items, and Visitor Passes.
To ensure all departmental equipment, whether associated or allocated, is consistently maintained and serviced according to the guidelines outlined in the respective equipment manuals.
To oversee the proper maintenance of all hotel vehicles, manage car log books, distribute car keys, document damages, and track daily kilometer usage.
Ensure timely awareness of all scheduled functions, group arrivals, VIP visits, and special events to facilitate proper coordination and preparation.
You must demonstrate adaptability in your work schedule, available around the clock—day or night—to ensure seamless security measures for cases necessitating specialized attention and handling.
Maintain a consistently positive and motivated demeanor while demonstrating strong self-control in all situations.
To handle any additional tasks and supporting responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisors.
To escalate guest complaints or issues to management when an immediate resolution is not achievable, and to ensure consistent follow-up with affected guests.
To adapt to any modifications in the Security Department’s operations as mandated by the hotel.
Monitor and assess external factors—including seasonal events, local crime trends, political activism, and other relevant developments—that could impact hotel operations, promptly reporting any identified risks to senior management.
To manage all responsibilities with diplomacy, tact, professional discretion, and efficiency.
To safeguard crime scenes and areas impacted by natural disasters, access must be strictly controlled in order to maintain the integrity of evidence until authorized personnel arrive.
In the event superiors are unavailable, you will facilitate the operation of all guest room safes and diligently maintain a logbook to document each occurrence.
Engage comprehensively in the fire safety protection initiative, ensuring thorough participation in all aspects of the program.
Perform any additional duties deemed appropriate by the Security Manager and Supervisor as part of your responsibilities.
