You oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including coordinating prep schedules, managing duty rosters, handling supply logistics, and maintaining inventory, ensuring seamless daily functionality.

Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff by cultivating a positive work environment that fosters professional growth and accountability, through consistent training, motivational strategies, and ongoing one-on-one interactions.

Non-negotiable standards of hygiene and compliance must be upheld at all times. You are responsible for ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols, proper maintenance and handling of equipment, and maintaining the team’s readiness for any emergency situation.

To ensure guest satisfaction, actively monitor feedback, promptly resolve any concerns, and guarantee a positive experience for every guest before their departure.
