Responsibilities

Provide assistance in executing Manufacturing Excellence (Manx) initiatives throughout all operational aspects of the factory.

Facilitate the advancement of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaiden initiatives by providing dedicated support and active participation.

Evaluate production and operational data to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.

Develop and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI and Microsoft’s suite of tools to deliver actionable insights and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Conduct structured problem-solving sessions and lead continuous improvement workshops to drive innovative solutions and operational enhancements.

Facilitate the factory’s digital transformation efforts by spearheading the implementation of advanced digital factory systems and applications.

Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Operations, Safety, and other cross-functional teams to drive cohesive project outcomes.

Provide support in monitoring factory performance metrics alongside operational KPIs to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Advocate for the adoption of industry-leading strategies in waste minimization, workflow enhancement, and operational productivity to drive continuous improvement across all functional areas.

Attend daily, weekly, and operational review meetings to contribute insights, align on priorities, and ensure progress is tracked effectively.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and the ability to resolve complex challenges effectively are required for this role.

Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel functionalities, is required.

Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactively driven with a strong capacity for independent action and self-direction, consistently demonstrating the initiative to identify and pursue opportunities without external prompting.

Capable of thriving within a fast-paced, ever-changing manufacturing setting.

Individuals must possess hands-on experience within fast-moving consumer goods production facilities or related operational settings, ensuring familiarity with industry-specific processes, safety protocols, and efficiency standards. Practical exposure to manufacturing environments in the FMCG sector is essential, including adherence to quality control measures, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability in dynamic production environments while maintaining strict hygiene, health, and safety compliance.

Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Kaiden, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is required.

A strong grasp of supply chain management or manufacturing operations is essential.
