Direct Sales Representatives will deliver outstanding customer service, leverage marketing resources effectively, and consistently meet sales objectives. They will engage with clients face-to-face to cultivate and close deals.

We engage with prospective clients to articulate and clarify the range of financial services we deliver, ensuring they fully understand the solutions available to meet their needs.

Provide clients with comprehensive information about products and address their inquiries promptly and accurately.

Provide clients with personalized guidance to help them select the most suitable products tailored to their individual needs.

Assist clients in navigating the purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and informed decision-making experience.

Provide support in promoting an array of Caritas Microfinance Bank offerings while maintaining high standards of customer service excellence through proactive telephone-based sales engagements.

Ensure strict adherence to and fulfillment of all sales objectives, maintaining compliance at all times.

Oversee the professional sale of a diverse range of products, ensuring adherence to established standards and customer satisfaction.

Diligently oversee all incoming customer inquiries, guaranteeing prompt and thorough resolutions to every concern raised.

Collaborate closely with clients to present a comprehensive overview of our company’s plans and services, and prepare detailed quotes encompassing all necessary information.

Stay abreast of competitor offerings, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of each product and service in the market.

Verify that all sales tools and resources are utilized to their fullest potential.

Maintains current and accurate documentation of all sales-related activities, ensuring records are updated promptly and as necessary.

Explore emerging market opportunities and innovative methodologies to identify potential growth areas and competitive advantages.

Assigned tasks will encompass additional responsibilities aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives, as determined by management.

Candidates must fulfill the following foundational criteria and possess relevant professional experience. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. At least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is mandatory, and familiarity with current regulations or best practices is highly preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are non-negotiable for success in this position.

A recognized academic institution must confer a degree in any discipline.

Previous financial institution experience is highly advantageous.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficient in utilizing a range of computer applications and systems, with a strong command of software commonly used in professional settings, is essential. The ability to navigate digital platforms efficiently, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and adapt to new technological tools is required. Familiarity with industry-standard operating systems, productivity suites, and communication platforms is necessary to perform tasks accurately and collaboratively.

Demonstrates a consistent history of high achievement in sales-driven roles.

Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a proven track record in conveying information clearly and effectively. Demonstrated capability to engage with diverse audiences through both verbal and written channels, ensuring mutual understanding and collaboration.
