Conducting thorough risk assessments for diverse insurance categories.
Providing clients, brokers, and agents with expert guidance and precise calculations regarding insurance premiums.
Compiling premium and sum insured returns, as well as summaries, in accordance with IRA/AKA requirements, is a key responsibility of this role.
Facilitating communication and coordination with the Reinsurance Section to address risks necessitating facultative reinsurance placement.
Prompting the debiting of all new and renewal business in adherence to established turnaround times (TAT’s).
Evaluates and authorizes diverse assignments in accordance with established authority thresholds.
Responsible for preparing precise policy documents and endorsements in strict compliance with established turnaround time requirements.
Timely dispatch of Renewal Notices to clients and intermediaries, adhering strictly to established standards and protocols.
Professional rewrite:
Providing counsel on business development regarding potential risks during renewal processes, particularly in cases where loss ratios are suboptimal, is a key responsibility.
Manages correspondence in strict alignment with established mail handling protocols to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Addressing customer complaints in accordance with established complaints handling procedures.
Analyzing risks across different categories, developing strategic recommendations, and executing enhancements to mitigate vulnerabilities from the core responsibilities of this role.
Interpreting and adhering to all reinsurance mandates ensures risk mitigation while advancing strategic business objectives.
Compiling monthly reports and fulfilling any additional tasks assigned by Management constitute key responsibilities.
Reviewing and validating all prepared and processed documentation before granting final authorization.
Supervises staff activities, delegates tasks and mail distribution, and ensures seamless coordination of operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
We are responsible for managing credit control by issuing cancellation notices as necessary.
Resolving internal and external audit matters while adhering to established deadlines.
Monthly, you will review and analyze BAM reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Examine the footprint system and related processes to pinpoint areas requiring enhancement, then propose strategic improvements aimed at optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities include evaluating employee performance, providing ongoing training, and fostering professional growth to enhance team capabilities and individual development.
Providing assistance with the execution of diverse initiatives and projects within the department as required.
