We are seeking to onboard and oversee a team of skilled Solar Energy Promoters to ensure the achievement of established targets. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and effectively managing high-performing individuals in alignment with specified goals.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive continuous growth and expansion of the client base.

Oversee regional outlet sales agents to guarantee sales targets are met by facilitating the distribution of stock to designated outlets.

Evaluate newly onboarded customers within their designated jurisdiction to verify the quality of payments, ensuring the portfolio remains within established health thresholds.

Assess high-risk accounts and review customer payment behaviors within the assigned region to ensure adherence to risk and sales quality standards. Implement corrective measures to address customers who have fallen behind on payments, thereby restoring compliance with established schedules and procedures.

Oversee stock and inventory management to ensure compliance with established procedures and expectations at all assigned locations.

Oversee the stocking and safety protocols for d.light inventory in collaboration with the SEPs, guaranteeing that approved minimum stock levels are consistently maintained.

Ensure prompt collection of overdue payments from customers and verify that settlements are finalized without delay.

Maintain the company-issued tools and equipment in optimal working condition and utilize them strictly in accordance with established policies and procedures to carry out assigned tasks.
