The Managing Director & CEO will oversee the strategic planning, design, construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the high voltage electricity transmission grid and regional power interconnectors.
The role reports directly to the Board of Directors, overseeing the development and execution of the Company’s strategic direction, vision, mission, and objectives. It involves mobilizing and managing resources, providing leadership, and ensuring alignment with the mandate outlined in Sessional Paper No. 4 of 2004 on Energy, the Energy Act No. 1 of 2019, and the State Corporations Act, Cap 446.
