KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

The primary Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System within the Franchise holds a pivotal role in embedding the Commercial Strategy and associated levers into our comprehensive processes, plans, and strategies to maximize joint System Value. As the driving force behind the Commercial System, this role champions transformative strategic commercial thought leadership. Additionally, this position serves as a critical collaborator with Marketing, ensuring seamless commercial integration into marketing initiatives.

Drive the integrated Commercial agenda for the Franchise & Bottling system, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration.

Develop and enhance the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise by collaborating closely with both the Franchise and Bottler teams to create comprehensive support plans.

Set quarterly goals aligned with Commercial Priorities within the Franchise to ensure strategic alignment and measurable progress.

Foster the optimal BBM model for the Franchise by establishing a robust pack architecture framework, continuously refining it in response to shifting market conditions, and utilizing the “On Demand Hub” to execute compelling scenarios and deliver effective solutions.

Serve as the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, providing unwavering support as the Franchise GM’s trusted right-hand advisor.

Attract and secure top-tier talent to fulfill the critical priorities outlined in the “On Demand Hub,” including Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM, and Digital initiatives.

Deliver commercial insights and secure approval for all marketing campaigns and Picture of Success, ensuring seamless integration into marketing plans and processes.

Offer strategic commercial expertise to shape and refine Commercial Strategies, including ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium, to ensure alignment with market demands.

Deliver commercial insights and final approval for all marketing campaigns, as well as the Picture of Success framework.

As the pivotal Commercial Systems leader, you will spearhead transformative strategic commercial initiatives, serving as both a protagonist and a trusted partner in driving forward-thinking commercial leadership.

Exceptional leadership and influence are essential to drive positive impact across Operations, Customers, and Bottlers.

A successful candidate must demonstrate a robust blend of analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with deep insights into consumer and commercial dynamics, alongside a proactive, hands-on approach.

This position will collaborate closely with senior leaders and operational teams within the Customer & Commercial Leadership units, as well as with external customers and bottling partners, through an integrated, networked approach.

Proven capability to foster cross-functional collaboration and system-wide alignment, particularly by spearheading and sustaining execution alignment and cooperation to guarantee that Organizational Unit strategies are fully embraced by General Managers.

The role emphasizes strong communication skills, requiring candidates to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential, as the position involves frequent collaboration with teams, clients, and leadership to convey complex information concisely. Establish and maintain professional relationships with senior-level internal stakeholders, key customers, and bottling partners through clear and consistent communication.

Internal: Customer and Commercial Leadership collaborates closely with Franchise Leadership across different organizational levels to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

The role serves as a conduit for communication, facilitating alignment and execution of Commercial and Customer Leadership strategies and capabilities with Franchise Leadership, while also providing guidance on the Franchise and Bottling System’s strategic direction, priorities, and performance to senior leaders within the Bottler organization.

External responsibilities involve liaising with senior executives of major clients, critical advisors, and other influential stakeholders to advance and ensure the successful execution of pivotal business development strategies within the designated market.

Experience

With over a decade of leadership expertise in Commercial roles, you possess deep proficiency in areas such as Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Segmentation, Route-to-Market design, and Negotiation.

Consistently delivers outstanding results with a strong history of successful project completion and operational excellence.

Demonstrates exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities, coupled with distinguished interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

Professional candidates should possess experience in bottling systems, franchise operations, and/or commercial environments.
