Act as the main technical liaison between our company and merchants, establishing direct communication with their technical teams to facilitate seamless integration processes.
Comprehend user needs and articulate solutions to address their operational and technical obstacles.
Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to provide customers with clarity on technical feasibility and potential solutions.
Engage with users through various digital channels, including email, telephone, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or similar tools.
Enhance the clarity, efficiency, and accessibility of both internal and external documentation as well as the processes associated with our diverse product portfolio.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to enhance tools and methodologies, aiming to boost the efficiency of self-service solutions, improve the precision of our recommendations, and elevate the overall service quality provided to merchants.
