Your mission:

This position involves overseeing the account management of designated reseller accounts while fostering strong relationships with key clients to drive sales of Epsom’s product portfolio.

What you will do:

Oversee the administration of designated non-‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts.

Deliver measurable results by surpassing key performance indicators for this role, including a 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to designated talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.

Cold calling reseller suspects involves leveraging promotions and campaigns as initial engagement strategies. The role requires qualifying prospects to assess their viability and the strength of each lead, guiding them through the sales process until closure, and coordinating with other departments to facilitate and secure the sale.

Duties include identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services to existing customers, thereby enhancing their engagement and increasing overall revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Collaboratively supporting resellers in fulfilling their rebate commitments under partner programs, while simultaneously ensuring alignment with Epsom’s strategic objectives and optimizing their business models through appropriate program selection.

Our objective is to advance client accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status, ensuring they meet all specified criteria for seamless integration and enhanced operational efficiency.

To maintain the integrity of pipeline opportunities, it is essential to ensure they are continuously monitored and updated within the forecast system to uphold accurate data integrity.

Engage business unit leaders in discussions regarding significant opportunities to guarantee the availability of stock.

Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings, as assigned, serving as a company spokesperson.

Identify potential candidates among resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
