You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the initial proposal stage through to the conclusion of the final event.

You spearhead the development of customized event strategies, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and presentation materials, collaborating closely with the creative team to conceptualize and refine ideas before presenting them confidently to key stakeholders.

Negotiating pricing, event scope, and contract terms strategically to finalize agreements and secure business commitments.

As the trusted strategic advisor to secured clients, you will ensure their brand aspirations and event goals are fully realized.

You will focus on transforming single-event clients into recurring annual partners, identifying chances to enhance service offerings through strategic upselling.

Serving as the main escalation contact for clients expressing concerns related to budgets, timelines, or creative direction.

Crafting detailed, executable briefs that encapsulate the client’s approved vision for the Event Producers, Operations Team, and Creative Designers.

You maintain active involvement in key planning milestones to ensure seamless alignment between execution and the commitments made to the client.

You will represent the company at significant engagements, welcoming clients as VIP hosts to guarantee their satisfaction and directly observe the event’s triumphs.

During the bidding process, it is essential to carefully balance the need for competitive client pricing with the maintenance of the company’s internal profit margins.

Monitoring and analyzing your personal sales pipeline, revenue objectives, and account expansion metrics, then presenting these insights to senior leadership for review and strategic decision-making.
