Your mission:
This position oversees the account management of designated reseller accounts while fostering key client relationships to drive growth in Epsom’s product portfolio sales.
What you will do:
Manage the relationship with designated non–Field Managed reseller accounts.
Deliver measurable results by attaining the established Key Performance Indicators for this position, including a 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to defined talk time benchmarks, and consistent achievement of effective call targets.
Cold calling involves reaching out to potential reseller suspects, leveraging promotions and campaigns as initial engagement strategies. The role requires thoroughly qualifying each prospect to assess their potential as a viable lead, nurturing the relationship until the deal is finalized, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate and secure the sale.
Duties include promoting and enhancing sales through the strategic recommendation of additional or complementary products from our portfolio.
Assisting resellers in attaining their rebates under partner programs while verifying that partners are enrolled in the most suitable program to align with Epsom’s objectives and enhance their business model.
Spearheading initiatives to elevate accounts to the ‘Field Managed’ designation represents a core objective of this role.
To maintain the integrity of the forecast system, diligently pipeline new opportunities and update existing ones to ensure data remains current and accurate.
Collaborate with business unit heads to guarantee adequate stock availability for major opportunities.
Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as scheduled, serving as a company spokesperson when required.
Identify potential resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
