We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring to seamless employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will oversee job postings, conduct interviews, and facilitate new hire integration, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions. Additionally, the role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems. Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred, along with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.

Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, from advertising open positions and reviewing candidate applications to arranging interviews and verifying professional references.

Draft employment agreements and orientation materials for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Assist in the seamless onboarding of new hires by guiding them through orientation and induction programs.

Maintains and updates employee records while overseeing HR administrative functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Ensure the precision and integrity of employee records and HR databases.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of personnel files and required statutory records.

Compile comprehensive HR reports that encompass headcount analysis, leave status summaries, absenteeism trends, and turnover metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Handles payroll administration and ensures strict adherence to statutory compliance regulations.

Gather attendance, overtime, and leave data to assist in the preparation of payroll.

Ensure full adherence to all relevant Kenyan statutory obligations and regulatory frameworks to maintain organizational legal compliance at all times.
