Ensure all bakery products consistently meet high standards in quality, flavor, and visual appeal.

Oversee culinary expenditures, optimize ingredient usage, and administer the pastry department’s financial resources with precision to maintain budgetary efficiency.

Properly manage the storage, handling, and inventory tracking of all ingredients and supplies to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and assistance to junior pastry team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure the procurement of baking ingredients and materials occurs punctually.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and HACCP compliance standards within the pastry section.

Perform regular inspections of ingredients, equipment, and baking tools to verify compliance with established quality standards.

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes for pastry team members as needed.
