Your mission:

This position oversees the strategic management of designated reseller accounts while cultivating strong, high-value relationships with key clients to drive incremental sales of the Epsom product portfolio.

What you will do:

Contact overseeing the management of chosen non-‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts.

Deliver measurable results aligned with role-specific Key Performance Indicators, such as achieving a 40% year-over-year increase in account growth, meeting designated talk time benchmarks, and fulfilling effective call targets.

Cold calling is employed to identify resellers that potentially misuse promotions and campaigns as enticing offers. The role involves evaluating leads to determine their viability as prospects, nurturing them through the sales process until final agreement, and collaborating with relevant departments to facilitate and finalize the transaction.

Duties include identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services to existing customers, thereby maximizing revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Actively supporting resellers in attaining their rebates within partner programs, while verifying they are enrolled in the appropriate program to align with Epsom’s objectives and enhance their business profitability.

To advance accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status, the role focuses on strategic promotion efforts.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, guaranteeing that once they are entered into the forecasting system, all relevant data remains current and precise.

Engage business unit leaders in discussions regarding substantial opportunities to confirm product availability.

Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as needed, serving as a company representative.

Prospect for prospective resellers who demonstrate potential eligibility for Plus Silver accreditation.
