To fulfill the essential duties of this position, the successful candidate will execute key responsibilities that support organizational objectives while demonstrating expertise in the designated field. The role involves performing a variety of tasks aligned with the department’s strategic goals, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with established policies. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Crafts high-quality short-form video and photo content for digital platforms, ensuring efficient production aligned with brand storytelling and social trends. The position emphasizes creating emotionally resonant content (to build trust) and driving clear conversion goals (such as appointment bookings, service awareness, and virtual clinic adoption).

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties, including the management of daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow, and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster alignment, communication, and synergy, while providing clear direction and support to achieve organizational objectives. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Serve as a primary liaison with stakeholders to address concerns, gather feedback, and facilitate constructive dialogue. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks. Lead by example, mentoring team members to cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.

Plan and oversee both short-form and long-form video productions from conception to completion. Coordinate all aspects of video shoots, including pre-production planning, on-set management, and post-production oversight, to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with project objectives.

Oversee the configuration and operation of camera equipment, lighting systems, and audio devices to ensure optimal production quality.

Capture a diverse range of content, encompassing both structured and impromptu formats.

Produce concise, polished edits for short-form video content.

Add engaging captions, seamless transitions, and trending audio to enhance the overall quality and appeal of the content.

Guarantee uniform visual branding across all platforms and materials.

Videos must be rendered in formats optimized for each platform, ensuring compatibility and adherence to technical specifications.

Maintain a well-structured and secure repository of media files while ensuring comprehensive backup procedures are implemented.

Deliverables

The team produces 12 to 20 edited videos monthly, ensuring each meets high-quality standards.

Each month, there are between two and four scheduled shoot days.

Efficiently executes prompt edits to align content with current trends and demands.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of professional experience in software development. Familiarity with full-stack development, including proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, is essential. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is also necessary. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions are mandatory. Additionally, candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Minimum academic qualification includes holding a recognized diploma credential.

With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in videography and editing, candidates should demonstrate a strong proficiency in both fields.

A portfolio that effectively demonstrates expertise in documentary or narrative-driven content creation, brand and corporate video production, and engaging social media clips is required.

Proficient in Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or comparable editing software platforms.

Professionals are required to supply their own equipment, including a dedicated camera or a high-end smartphone, to ensure the highest quality results for all projects.

A foundational grasp of social media content trends is essential.

Demonstrates exceptional time management skills and a steadfast commitment to reliability in all professional responsibilities.

Candidates with a background in healthcare, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), or mission-driven brands will be given preferential consideration.
