Aesthetic Upkeep is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of our facilities. The ideal candidate will conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet high standards of presentation, address any maintenance issues promptly, and collaborate with cleaning staff to uphold a pristine environment. Responsibilities include regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal, as well as minor repairs and touch-ups to enhance overall aesthetics. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in facility maintenance, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred but not required.
