Wardrobe Care: Ensuring the organization and upkeep of both household and official attire.
Overseeing inventory management for linen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure availability.
Provide operational and administrative support to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth workflows. Assist with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination between teams. Maintain organized records, manage correspondence, and facilitate internal communications. Perform data entry, prepare reports, and support logistical processes as needed. Proactively identifying and escalating maintenance issues—such as repairs, electrical faults, or plumbing problems—to the High Commission administrative team is a key responsibility.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to established security protocols are essential responsibilities, along with overseeing contractor access for laundry equipment servicing.
Aesthetic Upkeep is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of our facilities. The ideal candidate will conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet high standards of presentation, address any maintenance issues promptly, and collaborate with cleaning staff to uphold a pristine environment. Responsibilities include regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal, as well as minor repairs and touch-ups to enhance overall aesthetics. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in facility maintenance, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred but not required.
