Maintain accurate and confidential disciplinary records by proficiently managing the ER tracker, ensuring information is readily available for audits and decision-making processes.
Assist in the regular evaluation and revision of the HR Manual to maintain compliance with current employment laws, regulatory standards, and emerging trends in the banking industry.
Oversee the development and implementation of performance management strategies to enhance employee productivity and engagement. Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
