Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, supplemented by a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a public accounting firm. Must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems, along with a strong grasp of GAAP, tax regulations, and auditing standards. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in team-oriented environments. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls is required. CPA certification or progress toward obtaining one is highly desirable.
