Your mission:

This position involves overseeing the account management of designated reseller accounts while cultivating strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth within Epsom’s product portfolio.

What you will do:

Oversee the customer relationship management for designated non-Field Managed reseller accounts.

Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with role-specific KPIs, including a 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.

Cold call prospective resellers to assess their use of promotions and campaigns as engagement tactics. Evaluate leads to determine their viability as prospects and the potential strength of each opportunity, guiding them through the sales process until finalization. Additionally, collaborate with other departments to facilitate the successful completion of transactions.

Upselling and cross-selling our product portfolio is a key responsibility of this role.

Supporting resellers in reaching their rebate targets while enrolled in a partner program, and verifying that partners are enrolled in the most suitable program to align with both Epsom’s objectives and their own business strategies.

Striving to advance accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status serves as the primary objective.

Ensure opportunities are continuously added to the pipeline and maintained in the forecasting system with current data to preserve accuracy.

Engage key stakeholders from business units when pursuing significant opportunities to guarantee product availability.

Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings, as assigned, serving as a company ambassador.

Professional Rewriting:

Determine prospective resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
