Oversee assigned functional duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while delivering measurable outcomes. Install, configure, commission, and maintain microwave radios, LTE/GSM equipment, and additional telecom infrastructure at tower and rooftop sites.

Perform Physical Acceptance Tests (PAT) and evaluate the quality of newly installed equipment and infrastructure at designated sites.

Conduct routine and remedial maintenance on telecommunications infrastructure to sustain optimal network availability and service standards.

Perform diagnostic evaluations and replace malfunctioning radio, transmission, and power equipment in tower and rooftop installations as needed.

Support network optimization initiatives by conducting drive tests, analyzing signal data, diagnosing faults, and implementing performance enhancement strategies.

Responsibilities include maintaining and providing support for electrical power systems, such as rectifiers, batteries, diesel engine generators (DEG), power distribution systems, grounding systems, and site electrical protection systems.

Conduct thorough assessments of on-site electrical systems to verify adherence to established electrical engineering protocols and stringent safety regulations.

Perform routine inspections and upkeep on tower and rooftop infrastructure, ensuring thorough assessment of structural integrity, conducting rust prevention treatments, verifying earthing system quality, and identifying any necessary repairs or adjustments.

Perform comprehensive site surveys, evaluate technical specifications, and analyze feasibility for network expansion initiatives and infrastructure enhancement projects.

Assist in the execution of network upgrades, modernization initiatives, and new technology rollouts to enhance infrastructure and performance.

Craft precise and timely maintenance reports, incident documentation, acceptance records, and operational logs in accordance with established standards.

Oversee daily activities, deliver technical assistance, provide mentorship, and delegate tasks to the reporting technician to uphold operational efficiency and adherence to established standards in the field.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience with [specific technologies, tools, or methodologies relevant to the role]. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to address complex challenges. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with at least two to three years of hands-on experience in telecom field operations, radio systems, or network maintenance.

Professional experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of microwave radio systems and LTE/GSM equipment, both in theory and practice.

Vendor certifications in related fields would be highly beneficial.

A fundamental grasp of electrical engineering principles, along with expertise in AC/DC power systems, rectifiers, generators, batteries, grounding methods, and adherence to electrical safety protocols, is essential.

Must possess a current Fall Arrest Certification that remains valid for a minimum of one year from the employment start date.

Seeking candidates with formal certification or specialized training in RF Awareness, adherence to HSE standards, and compliance with DISH regulations.

Physically and medically capable of performing tasks at elevated heights and participating in field operations.
