Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems are mandatory. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred. Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards is advantageous.
