Coordinate all logistical aspects, including location scouting, equipment procurement, crew scheduling, and budget management, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to align on objectives and creative direction. Execute on-set operations to capture high-quality footage, troubleshoot technical challenges, and maintain a productive, efficient workflow throughout the production process.
Manage the configuration and operation of cameras, lighting systems, and audio equipment to ensure optimal performance for productions.
Capture a diverse range of both structured and unstructured content with precision and adaptability.
Edit short-form video content designed for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and consistent brand representation. Handle video editing tasks including trimming, color correction, sound mixing, and adding effects or graphics. Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals with campaign objectives and maintain a cohesive aesthetic. Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects efficiently. Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is required. A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset are essential for enhancing storytelling through visuals.
Craft engaging captions, seamless transitions, and incorporate trending audio to enhance video content and boost audience engagement.
Ensure the organization’s visual branding remains cohesive and uniform across all platforms and materials.
Export videos in formats optimized for various platforms to ensure seamless delivery and playback across diverse digital channels.
Responsible for establishing and sustaining structured media file systems and secure backup procedures to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Deliverables
We produce and deliver 12 to 20 fully edited videos monthly, ensuring each project meets high-quality standards.
We typically schedule two to four days of photo shoots each month.
Providing prompt editing services for content aligned with current trends, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to trend-driven guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also necessary. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within tight deadlines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is preferred.
Applicants must possess a completed Diploma qualification as the foundational academic prerequisite.
Professional videography and editing expertise spanning a minimum of two years is required.
A portfolio that showcases a range of work, including documentary or narrative-driven content, corporate or brand-focused video productions, and engaging social media reels, is required.
Skilled in Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or comparable video editing software platforms is required.
Please bring your own professional camera or a high-end smartphone capable of capturing high-resolution images.
A foundational grasp of current social media content trends is required.
Accomplishes tasks punctually while consistently meeting deadlines, ensuring dependable performance in all responsibilities.
